  • Getting started is simple. Registration is limited, so register NOW to reserve your spot!

  • No prior experience is needed. All education and exercises are designed to be accessible and supportive, regardless of experience and knowledge level.

  • Check-in with begin at 8:45 AM. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to allow for parking, sign-in, and to begin the day ready and present.

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. We encourage you to bring a sweater or wrap, in case our meeting room is cooler.

  • Yoga mats, journals, pens, and art supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat or personal items, if desired.

  • Yes, a healthy wellness focused lunch and infused waters are included.

  • Yes, the Embassy Suites has a self-parking lot that we encourage you use (that is included in your ticket price) however, valet parking is also available, if you should prefer to use this option at your own cost.

  • Registration is non-refundable, however you can transfer your ticket to another guest. Please reach out should you choose to transfer your ticket and we will assist you.
