As a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I work specifically with women who are ready to stop cycling through diets, guilt, and burnout. Together, we take a whole-woman approach — looking at nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, purpose, and the unique seasons of a woman’s life.

As a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I work with clients who want to improve their health and happiness through small, step-by-step changes aligned with what matters most to them. Together, we create a personalized wellness vision, SMART goals, and clear action steps—so progress feels achievable and motivating.
Clients commonly work with me on goals such as weight loss, preventing or reversing chronic disease, improving sleep, increasing movement, managing stress, achieving better work–life balance, developing a nourishing relationship with food, meal planning and preparation, and mindfulness. Our work is always guided by the client’s priorities and pace.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer cooking classes and grocery store tours that clients consistently find practical, empowering, and enjoyable.I am deeply passionate about supporting lasting behavior change through nutrition, mindful living, and whole-person care.

What is Included?
Coaching sessions are offered virtually via Zoom in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment and include:
Two 60-minute Zoom sessions per month, focused on personalized goal setting, meaningful discussion of your progress, and thoughtful recommendations tailored to your needs
Ongoing weekly structure, accountability, and motivational support through text and/or email between sessions
One two-hour virtual cooking class
Evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle education, grounded in the latest scientific research
Curated resources, including handouts, recipes, book suggestions, and practical tools to support your continued growth
Each component is designed to provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and real-world strategies to help you build sustainable, lasting change.
